CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A Missing Adult Alert was issued after a woman left her home Thursday afternoon and has not returned, according to the Sharonville Police Department.

Yvonne Dwyer, 79, was last seen in Madeira, Ohio, after leaving her home on Fernview Avenue in Cincinnati, the alert said.

Dwyer is described as a white female, 5′2″, 140 lbs, with gray hair and blue eyes. Police state that Dwyer has dementia.

Police said that a silver 2016 Jeep Compass is believed to be involved.
