After three games lost to an ankle injury — the first time in 13 years he’s missed that many in a football season — Stanley Bryant returns to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers offensive line this weekend in Calgary.
To say teammates are happy to see the future hall of famer back with the front five is an understatement.
“He’s our anchor out there,” centre Chris Kolankowski said.
Enough has been written about Bryant to cover every square inch of the trophy case that houses his record-setting four Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman Awards, eight CFL all-star nods and three Grey Cup rings.
