It looks like we're in for another classic summer week across our region. We're keeping a close eye on the pattern, and frankly, the heat and humidity aren't going anywhere soon.

Typical summer-time conditions are expected to continue through the next seven days. Expect those daily highs to hover in the upper 80s to low 90s, with heat index readings feeling even warmer, potentially reaching 95 to 100 degrees.

The good news? Through the upcoming weekend, we're forecasting dry weather. However, as we turn the corner into next week, our models show an increased chance for some scattered showers and thunderstorms.
