Hamilton police have made a second arrest in the investigation into a shooting in April that killed innocent bystander Harsimrat Randhawa.

His arrest came the same day that police announced the arrest of 32-year-old Jerdaine Foster , who is charged with first-degree murder and three counts of attempted murder. He was arrested in Niagara Falls on Tuesday. Crime

Randhawa, a 21-year-old Mohawk College student from India, had just got off an HSR bus and was waiting to cross Upper James Street, near South Bend Road, when she was struck by a stray bullet around 7:30 p.m. on April 17.

The shooting happened during a dispute between two groups that included at least seven people
