LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

There's going to be a public pool party this weekend in Louisville, but it's adults only.

Metro Councilwoman Tammy Hawkins is inviting the community to a party at the Algonquin Park pool Sunday night, Aug. 10.

It'll go from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., which is after the pool normally closes, and only adults can attend. But not all adults — you must be 30 or older.

There will be music, refreshments, and concessions available for purchase throughout the evening, and there will even be a swimsuit competition so attendees are encouraged to dress to impress.
