SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Spartanburg Police Department is asking for help locating a missing woman.

Officers said 56-year-old Tammy Crowley left Spartanburg Regional’s emergency room on Aug. 7 shortly before 1:30 a.m.

Investigators said Crowley was not medically discharged and does not have prescribed medications with her.

Crowley, who is from Franklin, North Carolina, is also reportedly unfamiliar with the Spartanburg area.

Anyone with information on Crowley’s whereabouts is asked to contact Spartanburg Police Department at 864-596-2065.
