(NEXSTAR) – More than 12,000 packages of sugar cookies sold at Target have been categorized under a Class II recall by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) over potential contamination with a “foreign material.”

The recall concerned 10-count packages of Favorite Day Bakery Frosted Sugar Cookies produced by the Give and Go Prepared Foods Corp of Etobicoke, Canada, according to the FDA. The reason for the recall was listed as “foreign material (wood).”

Representatives for Target, Give & Go or the FDA were not immediately available to confirm whether there had been any reports of injuries.
