OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — A Laurel Hill man has been sentenced to federal prison on drug-related charges.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, Northern District of Florida, 45-year-old Seth Dewayne Talbot was sentenced to 15 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Court records revealed the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office started an investigation of Talbot after receiving a tip in October 2024 that he was selling illegal drugs.
