TOLEDO, Ohio — UPDATE: In a post to social media, Andreas' mother confirmed that the body found in the Maumee River Friday afternoon was that of the missing man. WTOL has not yet received the confirmation of identity from the police.

Toledo Police Department is asking for the community's help finding a missing 19-year-old from east Toledo.

According to police, Andreas Madrigal went missing from the 700 block of Nevada Street and was last seen on Wednesday, Aug. 6.

He is reportedly an individual with high-functioning autism, and has bipolar disorder and intellectual disabilities.

He is 5'7" and weighs 175 lbs, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black shorts, white shoes and possibly black glasses.
