BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — Fur Fest is taking over Mandan tomorrow.

Wobbly walks, wagging tails, and a whole lot of fur are bringing awareness to rescue cats and cats with disabilities.

This event will have lots of games and yummy food, along with many different animals to see. Fur Fest is also helping fundraise for Kitty City, a cat rescue center just south of Mandan.

Alison Smith, the director of Kitty City, explains what tomorrow will look like.

"Games for kids, we'll have hotdogs and chips and everybody that comes gets root beer float cards, they can go and get a root beer float," she said. "We've got a cake walk, we've got a bake sale. We've got some of the best bakers in Bismarck and the surrounding area."
