GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - Around 9:50 p.m. on Friday officers responded to a report of a person shot at a hotel in the 1000 block of S. Westland Dr. in Grand Chute.

A 42-year-old woman was found with a single gunshot wound to the chest. She was brought to an area hospital and is in stable condition.

A 47-year-old Florida man was taken into custody and booked into the Outagamie County Jail on several charges in relation to the incident.

The investigation is still ongoing. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Grand Chute Police Department.
