HYDE PARK – State Police have identified the man found dead inside a transport van At New Horizons Resources in Cream Street in Hyde Park as Thomas Anderson, 26, of Hyde Park.

Police said an autopsy was completed and the cause of death remains pending further examination and toxicology results.

Anderson was found in the van that was parked at the facility on Monday afternoon, August 4.

The State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death.
