CLINTON, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Clinton Police Department said on Friday that an investigation into a daycare has been completed and resulted in charges.

The investigation began in June after an “incident” regarding a child who had been injured at Kiddie Korner of Clinton Nursery & Preschool was reported to CPD.

The daycare’s CEO, Melissa Duff, told WVLT News the incident involved a child being laid down for a nap and that two staff members working in that class were immediately let go.
