PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - An Aloha man was arrested Friday for attempted murder after a June shooting in Old Town Portland, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

On June 29 in the early morning, officers responded to the report of a shooting near Northwest 6th Avenue and Northwest Glisan Street. They found evidence of a shooting but no victims.

Later, officers interviewed a person who said they had been shot at, but were not hurt.

Following an investigation of the incident, PPB identified 21-year-old Marquez Goldsby Jr. of Aloha as a suspect.

On Friday around 3:30 p.m., detectives learned that Goldsby was at his home in an apartment complex near Southwest Mapleoak Lane and Southwest Cascade Drive in Aloha.
