PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - Police are investigating two separate crashes that involved alcohol early Sunday in northeast Portland, according to PPB.
Just after midnight, officers responded to a three-car crash on Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Northeast Prescott Street.
Officials said one of the involved drivers was a 17-year-old boy who walked away from the crash without helping others or exchanging information. Police said the teen’s father walked him back to the scene where officers were still investigating, and he was arrested on several charges, including DUII.
At least one other person involved in the crash was seriously hurt and taken to the hospital.
