To build on an observation made many moons ago by one of my Orlando Sentinel predecessors, Scott Joseph, there are times of the year that locals in the Rosen Centre Hotel ‘s Everglades restaurant are about as rare a sighting as an elusive Florida panther.
But much like this precious subspecies of the mountain lion, the past 20 years have seen the latter population making a comeback, as well. Rosen Centre Food and Beverage director Adrienne Lee has little doubt that, at least where their restaurant guests are concerned, Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining has had something to do with it.
