KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -The quiet weather will continue over the coming days with temperatures sitting in the upper 80s and isolated afternoon showers.

MONDAY: We will start the morning off sunny with temperatures in the lower 70s. By the afternoon hours, temperatures will reach the upper 80s with a few passing clouds. Most of us look to remain dry tomorrow, but there is a 20% chance for an isolated downpour especially in the afternoon through the early evening hours.

TUESDAY: It is a rinse and repeat for Tuesday. Temperatures will hover in the upper 80s and lower 90s area wide. We will have a partly cloudy sky throughout the day with isolated to scattered summertime showers in the afternoon.
