Someone had to be flown to the hospital after a car crashed into a tree in Blackstone, Massachusetts, on Sunday night, according to the town's fire department.

The crash happened around 9:30 p.m. Sunday — a car crashed into a tree, and ended up on top of another vehicle. Firefighters had to work to extricate at least one person.

Additional crews responded from Woonsocket and North Smithfield to assist, including in establishing an area for a medical helicopter to land.
