The Reverb by Hard Rock Hotel is coming to downtown Florence, and it will highlight the city’s music scene. It will be a 76-million-dollar project and will be built where the old Days Inn sits downtown.

Developers say Hard Rock chose Florence because of the Shoals' rich music history, and they saw it as the perfect home for a music-themed hotel. The Reverb will have 155 rooms, plus two sound booth recording studios, giving musicians a cool place to stay, perform, and even create while they’re here.

They’re expecting around 68,000 visitors a year, and over the next 30 years, they estimate the hotel could generate around $1.3 billion in economic impact for the area.
