The Virginia Museum of Natural History (VMNH) participated in the Smithsonian Leadership for Change Intern Program once again housing two regional students for an eight-week program.

The VMNH began partnering with Smithsonian for this specific program just last year when it hosted two students from the area for a multi-week internship experience with museum staff.

The Leadership for Change Internship is a paid program that aims to allow its interns to strengthen their understanding of the role museums and arts and culture organizations play in advocating for change in communities.
