RAMSEY COUNTY, N.D. (Valley News Live) - A Minot man is facing multiple charges after shooting someone in the face multiple times with a BB gun in Devils Lake.

According to court documents, authorities were called to Railroad Avenue and 4th Avenue NE in Devils Lake on Aug. 10, a little after 70 p.m., for a report of a shooting. When they arrived, a man who was bleeding from the mouth said that he had been shot in the face multiple times with a BB gun and was worried he had lost teeth. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.

A woman who had witnessed the incident told police she saw a man punching the victim and then pulling out a pistol and shooting him multiple times in the face. She recorded the incident on her phone and showed police.
