NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – Mostly dry conditions are still in place, except for the increase in moisture in Eastern New Mexico. Way-above-freezing temperatures were still once again confined to most of the higher peaks of the Northern Mountains with valley floor locations mostly starting off in the upper 40s or in the 50s, while elsewhere was mostly starting off in the high 50s to the low-to-mid 70s.
