COLUMBIA, S.C. — Senior citizens age 60 and older who live within the Richland One school attendance zone can receive a complimentary Golden Activities Pass, providing free admission to district-sponsored athletics events. The pass does not apply to Sportsarama or playoff games.

Golden Activities Passes are available at the Richland One Office of Communications, located in the Stevenson Administration Building at 1616 Richland Street in Columbia. Passes are issued on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

To receive a pass, seniors must present a valid driver’s license or South Carolina Identification Card as proof of residence within the district. Each pass is valid only for the individual named on the identification.
