Riverleen House, which is located on Electric Avenue off Queen's Drive, will be transformed under newly-approved plans

Plans to transform an ex-Experian office building into 118 one-bedroom and studio apartments have been approved. Riverleen House, Electric Avenue in Nottingham's business park, will now be developed for residential use in a £25 million project.

The project will see the building renovated into brand new one-bedroom and studio apartments, which developer ALB Group has stated will help ease the UK's housing shortfall.

ALB previously said it had acquired the site, which an estate agent had marketed for £7.5 million, for an undisclosed figure.
