NEW YORK (PIX11) — It's never too early to prep the snowblower. The Farmers' Almanac has released its early outlook on the 2025-2026 winter season.
The long-range fall forecast for the Northeast says snow could make an appearance as early as October, with the chilly air making its way to the region as Halloween approaches.
According to the Farmers' Almanac outlook, this winter season is "shaping up to be a wild ride." Although there isn't a month-by-month prediction out just yet, the forecast for the Northeast and New England is frigid.
