WAUWATOSA, Wis. (WBAY) - Governor Tony Evers on Monday, while touring storm damage in Wauwatosa, announced he is declaring a state of emergency as several Wisconsin communities continue to recover from flash flooding and storm damage due to severe storms over the weekend.
