NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — In the rolling hills of Jessamine County, a small-batch winery is pouring more than just wine—it’s pouring heart, heritage, and hard work into every bottle.

Josh and Mallory Morris, college sweethearts and co-founders of Ghost Fox Winery in Nicholasville, turned what started as a pandemic hobby into a thriving business rooted in passion and purpose.

Josh served nine years in the United States Marine Corps as a weapons systems officer in the back seat of an F-18 fighter jet. After leaving the military in 2021, he traded missiles for Merlot, joining forces with his wife, Mallory, who discovered her love for winemaking while they were stationed in Japan.
