CLEVELAND, Ohio – Chef April Thompson and CLE Urban Winery have scheduled Cakes & Cocktails.

The event – billed as an instructional and entertaining evening of cake decorating and cocktail sipping – is 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22.

Thompson will guide the class on cake decorating. Hand-crafted cocktails will be available via cash bar.

Thompson, who runs Wild Thymez Personal Chef Service in addition to several culinary businesses, has led multiple cooking classes in Northeast Ohio over the years.
