Health alert as UKHSA warns don't do this between 11am and 3pm

People have been cautioned to stay out of the sun during certain hours over the coming days as an amber heat health alert takes effect. The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has warned that temperatures are anticipated to surpass 30C in some regions, creating "serious" health dangers.

The amber heat health warning remains active from today (August 12) through tomorrow evening across five English regions. This alert indicates that " weather impacts are likely to be felt across the whole health service".
