A Florida-based distributor of beer and other adult beverages has paid $6.16 million to purchase an industrial facility in Lexington, according to a Davidson County Register of Deeds filing.

The purchase involves three tracts at 215 Woodside Drive, which serves as the corporate headquarters for National Equipment Dealers that produces heavy equipment products.

The buyer is ALCAT NED Lexington NC, an affiliate of JJ Taylor Cos. of Jupiter, Fla.

The seller is Broadstone NED Portfolio LLC, an affiliate of Brookstone Net Lease Inc. of Victor, N.Y.
