CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A former Tri-State officer pleaded guilty after an investigation found that he stashed a hidden camera in the home to record a minor, court documents show.

Eric Gregory pleaded guilty to five counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, two counts of voyeurism and two counts of tampering with evidence after police received a complaint from a juvenile in his home, according to the plea filed with the Clermont County Courts.

It is alleged that Gregory had filmed the minor with a camera that was found on Jan. 20 in a floor vent of his bathroom.

When Gregory was confronted, he grabbed the camera, destroyed the camera and the SD card.

During the investigation, detectives found several electronic devices that contained additional videos of minors.
