US Vice President JD Vance made his grand entrance to the Cotswolds last night and locals hit back in their best Oxfordshire way – polite chanting with a side of tea and cake. Of course the cake was by no means normal, it was in fact a Colin the Caterpillar with a printed picture of his head on the front. ‌
