MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. —
New charges have been filed after police in South Carolina say an 11-year-old was murdered .
A’Kyri Bell 's death was reported on June 11 when Horry County police were called to a home on Sago Palm Drive in the Myrtle Beach area for a report of an unconscious child.
Officers said they found Bell with extensive traumatic injuries and she was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The Horry County Coroner’s Office determined Bell had multiple blunt force injuries and her death was ruled a homicide.

Police said a search warrant was executed on Tuesday morning that led to the arrest of Lakesha Burnett, Alantis Thomas and Darnell Dearmus. Each is charged with unlawful conduct toward a child.
