COLLEGE PARK, Ga. — After two years, a fourth and final suspect was arrested in a deadly home invasion at a College Park home .

Gary Smith was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the shooting death of Abhishek Bharadwaj, who was shot and killed on August 7, 2023.

Smith faces first-degree home invasion, felony murder, third-degree cruelty to children, and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a felony charges.
