Temperatures on Wednesday will be in the upper 80s to near 90 degrees with chances for showers and storms continuing. The mercury will rise to the low to mid-90s by the weekend, and combined with moisture, the heat index will be greater than 100 degrees.

Make sure you're taking heat precautions like drinking plenty of water, seeking shade, and wearing loose-fitting, lightweight clothing. Storm chances will continue Wednesday and Thursday so grab an umbrella before you head out, just in case!
