PHOENIX — Two Arizona Powerball players won $50,000 each on Monday after buying winning tickets at two separate Valley locations, according to lottery officials.
One of the Powerball tickets was sold at the Fry’s Food Store in Gilbert near Higley and Pecos roads.
Meanwhile, the other was purchased from a Fry’s Fuel Center in Surprise near Waddell and Litchfield roads.
The winning numbers drawn on Monday were 6, 16, 33, 40 and 62. The Powerball number was 2.

The estimated jackpot for the Powerball drawing on Wednesday is $526 million.
