As the city seeks proposals for the Intermediate Terminal Building, and as plans progress for a rehab of the nearby Armitage Building, a yearslong effort to prep land between them for potential development is nearing the finish line.
Richmond’s public utilities department is in the homestretch of its multiphased effort to remediate the former Fulton Gas Works site between Williamsburg Avenue and East Main Street.
