Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining is celebrating 20 years in 2025, but the Good Salt Restaurant Group — with four restaurants participating this year — is marking a couple of special anniversaries, too, says Michael Cooper, chef/partner of The Osprey .

“It’s 10 years for us,” Cooper says proudly. “And 25 for Seito Sushi . So, we’re celebrating, too.”
