A man has been arrested after a witness said he set an apartment building on fire in Wilmington, Delaware.

The fire broke out overnight at an apartment building on N. Rodney St. and the building owner, Chris Carlantonio, tells NBC10 that the fire was no accident.

Carlantonio explained that the entire incident started as an argument between a couple that rents a unit on the first floor. A woman had called police several times and during that time, her boyfriend doused the apartment with gasoline and lit it on fire.

"She called the police four times to get someone out here to have him ejected," said Carlantonio.
