FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — A defendant awaiting trial in the 2022 death of 6-month-old Grayson Mathis has been charged with three new crimes in another Georgia county while out on bond, according to records obtained by 11Alive.

But so far, there have been no efforts to revoke the bond granted to Sharice Michelle Ingram for her Fulton County murder and gang charges.

"Generally speaking, when this happens, the DA's office that had her out on bond would get notified and then they would file a motion to revoke her bond based on the new violations," said criminal defense attorney Devin Rafus, who is not affiliated with the case. "In Ms. Ingram's bond, it's literally checked that you will be supervised under the pre-trial supervision."
