PHILADELPHIA (WJW) -- The Cleveland Browns are in Philadelphia Wednesday preparing for the second preseason game of the year. But it's not just the on-field play making headlines this week.

Head coach Kevin Stefanski was asked about Myles Garrett's $250 speeding ticket from over the weekend.

Stefanski, who is famous for skirting around questions -- personal and otherwise -- told reporters Wednesday morning he found the behavior "extremely disappointing."

“He needs to slow down for his safety and the safety of others," Stefasnki said.

Stefanski also noted that the 29-year-old athlete -- who signed a $40 million-per-year deal with the team in March — has been talked to by the team following the latest speeding incid
