COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) - A man was arrested after stabbing a person before fleeing the scene Monday morning in Colerain Township, police said.

Christian Taylor, 38, was taken into custody and charged with aggravated burglary and felonious assault after officers were dispatched just after 6 a.m. to the 3100 block of Elkhorn Drive, according to a news release from the Colerain Township Police Department.

Upon arrival, officers found two victims. One had stab wounds to the head and another who was unharmed, CTPD said.

The victims explained that they knew Taylor and he had entered their home and attacked them whilst they were sleeping.

First responders took the wounded person to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where they were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
