GIRARD, Ohio (WKBN) - A Cortland woman charged after crashing a vehicle into a dump truck in Liberty Township earlier this summer was sentenced Wednesday in the case.

Jennifer England, 34, was convicted of DUI and a lanes of travel violation, according to court records. A drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed.

Court records state that England was ordered to pay fines and costs and attend a 72-hour driver intervention program in lieu of jail time. She will also be on probation for two years, and her license is suspended until June 20, 2026, court records state.

According to a police report, England was driving a Cadillac XTS that crashed into a dump truck in the 6400 block of Belmont Avenue on June 20.
