Two men have been arrested in connection with a “targeted” shooting, police said, in northeast Kitchener.

Waterloo Regional Police said officers are currently investigating the Wednesday shooting, at approximately 11:30 a.m., in the area of Victoria Street North and Forfar Avenue. One person is suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.
