CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - Freshmen students at Southeast Missouri State University have begun moving into their dorm rooms.

New students assigned to Dobbins, LaFerla, Towers West and Vandiver Halls were allowed to move in today.

Thursday, new students living in Merick, Towers East, Towers North and Towers South will begin moving in.

Students need to check in at the Show Me Center before moving into their rooms.

Teams made of upperclassmen helped those new students move into their dorms.

Some returning students were allowed to move in starting August 8.
