YAKIMA, Wash. – Better Future Finders, a local organization, is hosting a back-to-school giveaway at the Yakima Convention Center from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The event, titled "Back to School with a Purpose," aims to ensure students are prepared not only with supplies but also with essential skills for success.

Joshua Jaiyeola , Event and Outreach Coordinator and Youth Ambassador for Better Future Finders, explained the motivation behind the event. "We specifically chose to emphasize that there is a reason that we're going to school. It's not just "Oh, go, come home, go, come home," he said. "There is something you're trying to achieve."
