CLEVES, Ohio (WXIX) - We now know the name of the driver killed in a crash involving a dump truck on Ohio 128 near Interstate 275 in Cleves.

Tasha Stewart, 33, was pronounced dead at the scene around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday. She is a resident of Cleves who lives near the crash scene, according to a coroner’s report.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.

A preliminary investigation indicated the dump truck T-boned her vehicle as she pulled out from a gas station onto Ohio 128, authorities said at the scene Wednesday.

The road was shut down for hours while the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
