LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — The work it takes to get students to and from school every day is a logistical process that starts long before the school year begins.
For Kentucky's second-largest school district, Fayette County Public Schools (FCPS), having the process as fine-tuned as possible is vital.
This school year, FCPS is rolling out a new technology on district buses to help make the process of getting to and from school more efficient for everybody.
The process to get new technology in district buses started years ago.
Stephen Ramsey, Associate Director of Routing for FCPS, said the district wanted a technology partner that had great customer service because when that is above and beyond.
