The man who jumped to his death from the 15th floor of an apartment building to avoid being arrested by the FBI Friday had stolen from at least four women he met on the dating app Bumble, according to an indictment against him.

Court documents reveal the man who died was named Shawn Steven Harris, and he was facing seven counts of wire fraud and one count of falsely impersonating a U.S. officer and employee.

According to an indictment, Harris started relationships under various names with four women he met on Bumble around 2019 and 2020. To all four of those women, he said that he worked in various federal jobs for the FBI, CIA and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
