The man who jumped to his death from the 15th floor of an apartment building to avoid being arrested by the FBI Friday had stolen from at least four women he met on the dating app Bumble, according to an indictment against him.
Court documents reveal the man who died was named Shawn Steven Harris, and he was facing seven counts of wire fraud and one count of falsely impersonating a U.S. officer and employee.
