A suspect in a recent homicide in Warren has been indicted.

According to a grand jury report, 46-year-old David Hollie of Warren was indicted on several felony counts including murder with firearm and repeat violent offender specifications, having weapons under disability with a firearm specification, tampering with evidence, failure to comply with the signal or order of a police officer and receiving stolen property.

The charges were filed in connection with the shooting death of 34-year-old Choice Washington. Washington was shot on the 300 Block of Scott Street in Warren August 3.

He was taken to the hospital where he died of his injuries days later.

Police said Washington suffered a gunshot wound to the forehead.
